Crosby Employment Bureau provides high quality staff in a range of industries to local businesses in the Humber region. We opened in 2003 as a project to support local people into work and training and have grown our business over the past 10 years into a different kind of employment agency.

The difference is that in addition to providing our expertise, excellent customer service and value for money we reinvest our profits from supplying staff and services to enable us to support local people into work.

This means that by your company choosing to give us your business and our employment agency providing you with experienced and qualified, checked and tested staff and services you are supporting our communities and helping local people.

Our mission statement: Crosby Employment Bureau is a not-for-profit social enterprise that seeks to provide employment opportunities for residents within disadvantaged communities in order that they can develop their skills and re-engage with the labour market.
